1. Booking and Confirmation

All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
A booking is only considered confirmed once direct communication, written confirmation, and the required initial deposit have been processed and acknowledged by Breeze Holidays.

2. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay the fees and deposits specified during the custom booking coordination.
Full payment must be cleared prior to the departure date as per the schedule provided in your customized itinerary.
Payments can be made via authorized bank transfers or other payment options verified by our executive office.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via our official email addresses.
Cancellation fees may apply based on how close the request is to the scheduled travel date and the specific terms of third-party vendors (hotels, transport, airlines).

4. Liability and Third-Party Suppliers

Breeze Holidays acts as an agent/facilitator between the client and third-party service providers (including hotels, transport operators, and airlines).
We do not accept liability for injury, damage, loss, flight delays, or irregularities caused by these independent third-party suppliers.

5. User Responsibilities & Travel Documentation

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to secure valid passports, visas, health certificates, or travel insurance necessary for the destination.
Users agree to provide accurate and truthful identity details during coordination and online checkout procedures.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
